PLEASE REMOVE ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE AS A COVER OPTION!

We have portable possessions insurance with them and put in a claim for a broken screen valued at R18 000. Budget came back and declined the claim based on the fact that its negligence with no proof? I disputed the claim send them documents and pictures of the phone and told them that it accidental cover but they refused. The whole process was a mess. I am required to provide 3 different quotes within a week and a bit where any company refused to provide a quote if i do not pay for it. SINCE WHEN DO YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR A QUOTE???? I submited the quotes from people that was able to help me and that i did not have to pay for.

Budget Please remove accidental damage from your policys if you refuse to pay out for accidental damage. I used to work for telesure and based on my claim i cannot understand why it has been declined.
