please read if your are with budget insurance
I Submitted a claim for my broken TV with budget, my claim was rejected and no one bothered to call or send me a notification. I had to call every morning to find out what's happening... what makes me angry is that the assessment was done without anyone asking me what happened to the TV... and I was not advised about how to dispute the claim but when I asked to be put through to the cancellation department, now they want to talk... I would like to advice everyone to read the reviews about budget insurance on hello Peter and tell me if u will still trust them. ***

Someone from your company called me, Im not sure if it was a manager or just an employee coz she did not disclose. and point of correction, we did not discuss anything... Gues she was angry that wrote on hello peter, because i asked her to put me through cancellation department so i can cancel my policy and she hanged up the phone.
I feel unfairly treated and ****** by budget insurance... But i will make it my business and make sure everyone i know cancel their policy with budget
