Please don't join Budget insurance

I joined budget insurance last year, they didn't send me my Policy documents, last week friday the 6th my car was s******* by the hail, I then submit a claim online they promised to come back to me, but they didn't on Monday the 9thI called them they told me that the hail was not covered the olny thing that they can fix is the windscreen, but they said they will come backk to me the same day after listening to the conversation I had with them while explained about the policy, they didn't, yesterday the 11th at 09h44 I send them an E-mail reminding them what we spoke and that I ama still waiting for the call, they rep**** promised to contact me within 4 working hours, but until now no one came back to me, but I am paying every month for the services. <br> That why I am warning people to be think twice before involving their self in this insurance.
