Please approve what needs to be approved from the panel beaters

Budget insurance approved my claim and told me to take my car to the Renew it panel beaters in Rivonia. I took my car to the panel beaters on the 19th January 2023. It's the 6th March and my car is still not done. It's not a major repair and I do to understand what is taking so long for the door handle to be fixed. I called the insurance on the 24th February to find out what the problem was, I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Brandon. He told me he can't get hold of the assessor, he will speak to the manager and will call me back. Up to date, I haven't received any feedback from the gentleman. The debit order is debited every month without fail and yet you are failing me with your services.
