Pirate windscreen but insuranced with a factory windscreen

My windscreen is an original from the factory and got cracked during a high way cause of a stone, called to claim and asked them to fit an original one and they fitted a pirate one which I insured my car with a original, which shows in future they will wanna fit the pirate stuff what that's gonna happen in future but I have been paying every month thinking they will fit original.
