PHONES CLIENTS JUST BEFORE 10PM ON A SUNDAY NIGHT!!!!!
I enquired to get a quote from Budget Insurance and then I received a call from them tonight at 21:40. I am very unhappy that your company does not have the common decency to phone a client on a Monday morning after 8am, but they decide that it is a great idea to disturb you on a Sunday evening 21:40!!!! Please teach your call center staff to phone clients during working hours.
