Pearl from retentions and her manager did an amazing Job to assist me with road side assistance. Why tyres popped when I was driving my pregnant wife to hospital and they managed to get help when I was in desperate need. I was very rude at the time and also very frustrated but in the end they managed to step up! I sincerely apologise to you Pearl and more so to your manager.
