Pathetic website with endless loops

I took out insurance with Budget. I was told my policy would be on website. This is the worst website in existence. It keeps looping. I ask for my policy, pathectic website says it will email it to me. I check email. Only thing received is a link back to exatly where I just did the request. To the sales agent Lunga's credit he did send me the pdf himself. My question is just with such a useless website why is the pdf schedule not send direct to my email the moment I activate the insurance? Even after he send the pdf I went to see if I did something stupid. But no same loop and no information needed given. Hed did tell me to see bottom of website to report this issue, wonder bo wonder there is no link there to report it. Thus Hellopeter will do the reporting.
