Pathetic Servise from Budget Insurance

Terrible experience with budget insurance. Logged a claim for ****** copper pipes and damages to my awning and was advise by Maggie Govender from Budget that that the access was more than the claim which is impossible. She claimed the the accessor quoted R2000 to replace five awning sheets including labour and that to replace18m of copper pipe, vacuum breakers and all the brass fitting with labour would be cheaper than my R2k access. I got a quote of R10k for those repairs. On the 17th June my home was flood damaged and she gave me a ridiculous cash settlement that would not cover the repairs and when I requested that Budget conduct the repairs or get their service providers to conduct the repair I was declined stating I don't have a option but to accept the ridiculous cash settlement. When I rep**** on email stating I am being forced to accept an offer than does not cover my repairs I was informed that I am being given 31 days notice informing me that my insurance is going to be cancelled. I was also informed that I will not be covered by any insurer under the Telesure Group. Budget with Maggie Govender is a ******* as they want your premiums to be paid monthly but when you have a claim you get ********** and when you contest they cancel your insurance
