PATHETIC SERVICE FROM BUDGET INSURANCE

This is my second review. After my fist review l received a response stating that my complaint has been sent to the reverent department for assistance. That was over two weeks ago with still no further communication from then. I have a claim for R1250 for a motor vehicle warranty claim for a dynastic test which with was not covered by the policy. Th agent l spokento informed me that l was covered. This was northern case on collection of my vehicle. If this this matternis not finalized, l will be forced to seek legal advice in this matter. Very disappointed and frusted client 😞 😒
