Pathetic Service from Budget

I'm having a horrible experience with budget Insurance. My car had a minor accident on the 28th of April and to date i don't have it. They contract unprofessional Panel beaters called Renew-it Randburg to attend to my car. From the 28th of April to date i never got any update from the Panel beater. I had to call the Renew-it and Thembisile told me that there was an additional quote and insurance has not approved it hence the delay. I then called budget then they say there was no extra quote sent to them. They are now busy passing the buck to each other at my inconvenience. There is no-one to do quality control at budget to check if the panel beater is delivering cars timely. It seems once they dump you at a panel beater you are on your own. This is pathetic service and i want my car ASAP.
