Pathetic service by Budget Insurance

My vehicle was damaged in an accident in May 2022. As I write this complaint, I still haven’t received my vehicle back. The Assesor, a Mr Bernard, at the time of approving the claim , said that the vehicle will not be written off as the damaged parts are replaceable. The vehicle was sent to a budget and Mercedes approved panel shop (Renew it, Durban)both the insurance company and panel shop have a zero percent customer service. I am literally fighting this battle with the panel shop on behalf of a major short term insurance company on my own. I have followed every process of Budget insurance and at every level experienced incompetency. I am paying my insurance premiums and vehicle installments for almost a year whilst this vehicle is lying at the panel shop. This will be the last time I ever insure anything with this company. It’s a nightmare.
