Pathetic Service Budget Insurance

To whom it may concern

Looking at the recent response from Budget with regards to my motor vehicle claim, I'm very unhappy with the outcome. I am a reputable Business man and have never encountered any issues with previous insurers. I decided to insure with Budget out of good faith and I am treated like a common ********.

Please consider the following:

1) I was involved in an accident and was unconscious and was rushed to hospital from the accident scene. 2) The hospital has a report of my physical condition due to the accident. 3) The vehicle has been towed by tow truck company and i was only aware of this after regaining consciousness in the ambulance. 4) The paramedics will be the ideal witnesses to verify the accident scene as i was injured and incapacitated at the time of the incident.

To add insult to injury ,your assessor Tarique Boshan has treated me very rudely putting me under duress when questioning me with his assertive attitude. I didn't expect that a massive brand like Budget Insurance to have employees of this terrible caliber.

Please investigate further to get more factual information.

Making an accusation of me being dishonest and policy cancelation due to ***** is not a logical decision if you guys haven't explored all the options available. I refuse to accept that my name and reputation will be tarnished due to inconclusive information.
