Pathetic service - Budget insurance
If i could rate the brand a negative star. I would. Absolutely pathetic service.Going back and forth since the 7th /2/22 trying to claim from my Scratch & dent policy. Premium is up to date so whats he matter??? .ive made Over 13 calls to budget to finalize this. ..Poor customer service!! Now im told the matter has been escalated as management needs to listen to voice recordings. Each person passes the claim on to the next "relevant department" Seems to me-nobody actually has a clue. Budget insurance - biggest mistake
