Pathetic service and reasons ..

So Budgets client knocked my car, he was so rude on scene and threatened to smack me, i will pursue with an attempted assault charge against there client as well, however they wanted a report of the accident and that was given to them including a sketch of how negligent there client was by traveling at a high speed in a busy road, at the time of impact my car took all the impact and still i am told that because of there clients negligence my claim is being rejected, but they have no grounds for rejecting the claim , they just say that it was there clients right of way .. Please can you tell me why he didn't attempt to break in time ? because he was busy with his cell phone while driving hence the reason he did not see me in the speed he was travelling, Koketso in the legal department does not belong where she is because she cant even speak properly i had to rectify her in every call .Pathetic. Because of your client i am now without a car, because of your company failing to adhere to the law i am without a car .. so when are you planning on sending me all documents as you failed to sendit in this past hour ... awaiting my documents .. im going to court budget and now its gona cost you much more that it should have ..
