pathetic service
Absolutely horrific how people can even want to work for such a company. No communication what's so ever. Every time you phone them to find out about your claim it takes about twenty minutes to get through to a consultant, then you are sent from pillar to post as no one seems to know what they are even doing. Absolutely pathetic
