pathetic Service
I bought my car a month ago and contacted budget to get insurance an hour later I tried to call to get the insurance confirmation and they were off line I then app**** with Naked Insutrance got got feedback Immediately, the next day I tried calling the call centre to get the contract cancelled I waited 25min on the line and then chose the call back option and never got the call back. I then called back a few days leter and after 35min got through to an agent and they advised they will cancel the contract, howerever in the middle of teh month anotehr debit order was submitted and I called again and again was told the contract will be cancelled. Then yesterday the debit order went off again. I want my money back immediatly and want this thing cancelled. Your service sucks so I dont want your insurance cover.

You team called and tried to sell me other products instead of cancelling, I told them I dont want anything else they kept going on and on for almost 30min after I told them I dont want anything to do with budget, then my phone battery died. Please urgently cancel this policy and refund my money
