Pathetic service
My car was involved in an accident on 21st of February 2021 and it was right off.Budget paid the car and the excess amount was deducted from the lumpsum and Daveshni Chetty the lady who was assisting me informed that the excess amount will be payed back to my account.
But I have been waiting for 2months for Recoveries Department to repay my excess money.I have contacted,emailed with no luck.
I feel like I have been ****med now. Can budget contact me via email please.
