Pathetic service

My dispute with Budget insurance led to this pathetic excuse of assessors being the ones to assess the additional repairs needed due to my car going to a ***** repairer. My car now has an illuminating seat belt light, possibly caused by a faulty airbag sensor which was supposed to be replaced. Also, panels were put back poorly, my headlight does not work properly, missing interior trim and more. Telesure Investment Holding were assigned to my dispute in April and it is now July with zero outcome with regards to repairs. I've contacted them multiple times, only to be ignored. Make sure that you do not take up Budget Insurance and do not have Telesure Investment Holdings assess your vehicle. You'll be taken for a ride.
