Pathetic service

I took out a service plan with you, i specifically asked if you are contracted to Huyndai Lensia and was advised yes. I called the service provider, and they advised they are not contracted to you guys. I called The Glen same thing, and now i understand why they are not contracted to you guys cause you deliver the worst service ever received. I have been on the phone since 11am its almost 3h30 and no one can assist me. I am on hold for another 10 min. No one seems to care about anything its transfer from Cancellations, to Servicing to Customer service to Retentions . Its from Heaven to Hell with no help. My best advise would be cancel my policy and refund my 3 months premiums let me get a company that will listen to me and will be able to assist me cause at this point Budget is not working for me at all.
