Pathetic Service
<p>My car broke down in potchefstroom from yesterday 10:00pm, I requested assistance this morning from Budget Insurance for a rental vehicle, as i'm paying for car hire on my Insurance. They told me that i cannot make use of the car hire because they don't cover for breakdown and only for vehicle theft and accident, me and my family had to sleep in a cold car because we could not even utilise the heater as the car can't start. We need to go back to jhb but is unable to as my insurance cannot assist us in any way possible which i find rediculous. This matter needs to be resolved we have a small child with us and what's the use of paying for this Insurance if they cannot even make an exception to our circumstances. What's worse is they can't even provide towing service for our car back to jhb </p>

Whilst we completely understand what you must be experiencing during this challenging time; our policy does not cater for those benefits in the event of a breakdown.
