Pathetic service
Not pleased with budget insurance and the procedure when claiming they bring up excuses left and right. They expect you to pay a basic excess and early excess and pay your premium before your due date before assisting you with the claim as said by Renel Wyngaard. Which clearly doesn't state on they terms and conditions. Disgusting service! When you are involved in an accident you expect quick and reliable service not excuses and time being wasted.
