Pathetic Service

Horrible service. Submitted a claim on 01/03/2022. Took budget 1 month to investigate the claim. After numerous phone calls to the claims department they finally decided to approve the claim. Received my car back on 20/05/2022 from the panelbeaters but there were still issues on the car due to the accident. Budget Insurance refused to put new parts on the car and opted to put alternative and second hand parts on causes the issues that there currently are. From the day the claim was submitted to the day I got my car back (still not fully repaired) is 2 Months and 20 days. The most terrible service I have ever experienced from an Insurance company! Won't recommend anyone to use Budget Insurance!
