PATHETIC SERVICE

Pathetic aftersales service I got. My case has been ongoing for the last two months and on a daily basis I make a call to Budget only to be promised that someone will call me, and no call since. I don't know why I jump shipped from my previous insurance to this. My car has been in accident and taken to the repairer, upon collection I complained of things which were not fixed till do date no one cares at all. Just as I was planning to insure my house and other vehicle, that is definitely not happening.
