Pathetic service

I was involve in a car accident on the 2nd of January. A Toyota corolla bumped onto my car at traffic light that resulted in me losing control of the car which eventually hit the slabyard and the car was a write-off. I then lodged a claim with budget, whom then invistigated the accident and told me that everything was finalised for the accident. The car belongs to me and the regular Driver is my sister (51%) and second driver is me (49%). She then told me that i was lying because the car was used by me for driving from home to work and from work to home. I the told her that mostly the car was driven by her until I was comfortable to driver on my own round about December 2015. She then went home and she asked my younger brother who come to visit on 22 December 2015. Please asssist
