pathetic service

i always had a company car & never had personal insurance. since December 2018 i changed jobs and got a car to run around. i decided to call budget & they gave me decent insurance with a scratch,dent & chip policy as well as a tyre a & rim policy.. on the 4 of June i put in a claim for the front bumper to be repaired from the little dents scratches & stone chips it picked up with time. from the 4th of June i heard not a word from the insurance or the panel-beaters Auto Magic. i then decided to call in myself only for the consultant to mention that they have been trying to get a hold of me on my cell but just could not get through(such a same that they tried so hard but could not get me)any the consultant gave me a long story that the policy does not cover for what i am claiming. they say that i did not claim within 30 days of when the incident took place, i ask, does budget insurance wat all their clients to inspect their vehicles everyday & the minute you see a scratch or chip or dent them you must immediately claim. if this is the case then like most people we pick up a dent or scratch or chip every day. but because i did not claim at the time, it was my fault that the claim is rejected. BUDGET INS are very promising & helpful in the beginning when the want you to be a client. once they have caught the fish, then all you will hear is CLAIM REJECTED. please i hope a lot of people read this and do not make the mistake of joining them. i paid a premium of a R110.00 a month since December which is honestly not a lot, but the principal & ethics of Budget Ins is very sad...i am one client of theirs who pays a premium & get absolutely nothing in return when i claim. take 10 people that pay & get nothing in return. take 100 or even 100 000 people. i think this is how they make money & get rich. i really think that ALL BUDGET INS CLIENTS SHOULD CHECK UP AS TO EXACTLY WHAT ADD ON POLICIES YOU HAVE WITH BUDGET & IF YOU DO HAVE THE DENT SCRATCH CHIP TYRE & RIMS POLICY, THEN YOU NEED TO TEST THEM & TRY CLAIMING TO SEE WHAT RESULTS YOU GET. what if you have a tyre policy & you are stuck in the middle of no where only to realize that you have a policy & once you make that call you will be saved. now imagine at the end of the call you hear that they willl not cover your damaged tyre because it burst. exactly like they told me UNFORTUNATELY MR HAKIMALLY YOUR CLAIM I S REJECTED DUE TO THE SCRATCHES & CHIPS HAVE OCCURRED OVER A PERIOD OF TIME AND HAS NOT BEING CLAIMED FOR WITHIN 30 DAYS. terrible service from budget insurance. stop ******** people like this
