Pathetic service

Budget insurance is the worst insurance company ever. I have a claim that has been pending since the 26/12/2018. First they kept my car for 3 months and i only got it back end of March. After keeping my car this long it comes back with incomplete repairs and my tools and jack are missing. When my car was returned by the panel-beater it was late. We took pictures of the things not repaired and he advised them. Until this day nothing has been done. These people collect a monthly premium with no fail. I keep getting promised that someone will come back to me . Budget may be cheap but think long and hard before you insure with them.
