Pathetic Service

3rd Party claim through Budget and Auto and General is a nightmare. The saddest part you almost fall under one company and the service is terrifying. From the time I signed up with Budget I was **** too . Worse part is claiming. Stop telling customers to call legal for the 3rd party claims if they sit right next to you. If the agents don't laugh or have conversations with others while you on the phone a service might be rendered. Can I just have my car fixed!!!!!!!
