Pathetic Service

Busy with a claim from Budget on an Accident that occurred a day before. One day later and they still haven't assessed the car's damage. Telling me that the company that towed the car is not allowed to tow the car, but when they spoke to the person of the towing company they gave him permission.

Also upon registering the claim it took me a whole hour just to explain to the person on the other side how the accident happened, even though it's a very simple explanation.

Lines were ****, services is ****, no feedback (I have to call every time for feedback). Definitely considering another insurance company unless proven wrong.
