Pathetic service
I HAVE BEEN SENDING NUMBEROUS EMAILS SINCE LAST MONTH AS I CANNOT ANSWER MY CALLS DURING WORKING HOURS. WHEN GIVING A TIME TO CALL THEY DO NOT CALL. I HAVE BEEN REQUESTING DOCUMENTATION REGARDING THE INSURANCE WITH BUDGET HOWEVER UP TILL DATE NO ONE HAS RESPONDED NOR SENT ANY DOCUMENTS UPON MY REQUEST. I MUST SAY VERY POOR SERVICE AND I AM GOING TO CANCEL SOON CANT DEAL WITH THEIR PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
