Pathetic service

What a pathetic service from telesure/budget insurance. My building and home contents were damaged by water from the storm. They sent an unprepared assessor who had no ladder or even assistant to di the assessment. My wife had to be the assistant. The assessor said it was due to lack of maintenance as there were leave on my roof and rejected the claim. His report was full of holes and lies about where my property is and the date of the incident. Budget never bothered to even update me on the claim I was the one always calling. Eventually they rejected the claim. I wrote a full detail letter of my dissatisfaction to dispute resolution and they ignored all my complaints and struck with the incredible assessors report. The conduct of the agents was just appalling ranging from lies and empty promises. They ignored all the failures from their side. I really had high regards for Budget but was left very disappointed.
