Pathetic rejection of my claim

The most appalling and pathetic treatment ive ever recieved from my insurance, My claim was logged on the 7th and my payment was on the 21st yet im told that they cant pay out because they decided to take the prorated amount instead of the full amount simply because they didnt want to pay out my claim, they have never debited me innprorata now they are coming with stories to not pay out

I want my pay out!!
