PATHETIC PATHETIC COMPANY!!!!!!

Took out a service plan was told that there is a 3 months waiting period and was also told that on the 1st of the following month i can take the vehicle in for a service. I called this pathetic company again just to confirm and how i go about it to book a service. Then they told me that i still need to wait another month. When i spoke to the consult he assured me that after the 3 monthly payments has been made i can take the vehicle on the 1st of the next month. This does not surprise me how this pathetic company conducts there business. They just want to do the sale and when the sale has been done they have tons of stories and issues. This is not only the Service Plan issue its also the Insurance side as well. Pathetic Company!!!!!!!!!!!! The sale consultant was Duncan Abrahams from the Service Plan Department.
