Pathetic insurer - 5 months and still no follow up or feedback

This matter has not been resolved and is outstanding for 5 months now. Empty promises from Renew-it and Budget insurers are non the better. I have booked my vehicle at Ford for the replacement bumper. Renew-it Sandton will be held liable for all costs incurred as they failed to resolve this matter in 5 months. There pathetic service and don't care attitude for the customer is appalling. Both Budget Insurance and Fords SA group is aware of this matter as well as the motor ombudsman's of both industries. Ford SA and Budget Insurance have Renew-it Sandton as approved and accredited and I was referred by Budget insurance as they are my insurance underwriters.
