Pathetic insurance

On the 23 of March 2023 I was coming from working ,I was driving Toyota C-HR 2023 model I decided to park the car at a parking lot after robots nearby Gillwell mall in East London or opposite Fleet Street police station I was going to make a call I didn't want to make it while I was driving, I saw this quantum running aside and I was looking what it was escaping from I saw Toyota Agya coming towards me and I didn't know what to do after that I heard a sound that was banging and I was shocked what was happening and I heard another one that Toyota Agya apparently pushed my car backwards to the truck that was coming from the robots, luck for me I was not injured because I was still wearing seat belt .I didn't know what to do, it was my first time in a car accident, the breakdown cars came quickly while I was still in the car after being hit ,the guy from Algoa towing asked me to open the window and ask me if I was okay I said yes, he scan the car and asked me if the car belonged to Budget insurance and I said yes they contacted budget and budget gave them a go ahead to tow my car.

And according to eye witnesses apparently the Toyota Agya that hit me was making a u turn whereas that road it does not allow you to make it ,the arrow that is there for drivers that want to go inside the mall and the mall was closed that time because the time was around 18:50 so he lost control of the car, one of tow car drivers scanned that Toyota Agya and he told me if I want the information about the driver that hit me he can give me so I said yes I do want it, so I took a pic from the book that he has written it on and the Toyota Agya’s driver was Nyameko Vimbani according to it he hired the car from Europ Car Collection.

Nyameko was taken to hospital by paramedics, me and the driver were not injured, we both went to make a statement at Fleet Street police station and I was given case no.186/03/2023. I made a claim to Budget insurance I was told the car was a write off because it was damaged on the right side of front bumper, front fender also on right front door and also back of the car so it would cost them to repair it because it is 2023 model, they have approved my claim so they told me that they will pay my debt at Absa bank I will need to settle it myself I'm not happy at all it was my first car all I wanted was a car not them to pay my debt I can pay my debt own my own
