Pathetic customer service!

Contacted Budget Insurance for a Warranty and Service plan quote, the agent took my details down completely incorrectly the first time after sending me my policy, I contacted them again a second time and the agent got the details incorrect again as well as ignoring me when asking for a service plan. They promised to email me to follow up on my car information but didn't follow up nor did they send me a Debi Cheque mandate as promised. I still haven't heard back from them after a week. I then requested a quotation for a service plan, the agent gave me a price and we agreed that he'd call me back at 11am the next day whilst I decide, 1 week later and he still hasn't called. Absolutely terrible service!
