Pathetic customer service

Pathetic customer service!

Had a claim and assessment done was not conducted properly as bonnet of car was never even checked. My car was given back to me to fix, immediately picked up bonnet was still same way I handed car over as it could not open. I have submitted pictures of damages that were not quoted as I have recording of the manager when she called me and I further submitted quote for items that were not assessed. I am waiting for more than a week no feed back clear indication perhaps colour of my skin is a problem!!

I need feed back today as per my call!!
