Pathetic Claims service from Budget

The assessor promised that the balance of the claim not paid by Budget for not sourcing parts for the repair to the vehicle, still has not been paid yet. I was promised a certain time, and 5 months later payment is still not made. Excuses are always about the availability of the assessor or his Manager . A mechanical evaluation was not done on the vehicle even though the panel beater and insurer were advised of the possible damage. Vehicle has been stationary since the release from the panel eater.Claims call centre always promises that they will relay the message to the assessor, but no payment yet made to us.
