Pathetic!!!!!

<p>I am with budget insurance - I was involved in an accident where a guy knocked me from behind - not my fault at all!! I called budget and they suggested in order to avoid access I should claim 3Rd party insurance- okay I did that - I am running around trying to sort out everything and my insurance does not help me one bit!!!!! I am so disgusted. Pay so much money on time every month and they can't even help speed up anything - now the 3Rd party insurance is taking me for a ride ( which is santam) and nobody of budget will call me back when asked!!!!!! </p> <p>I am so stressed and my insurance just doesn't seem to come to the party. </p> <p>Very disappointed </p>
