Pathetic

I regret taking cover with Budget Insurance. First, they didn't honor their debit date with me. I just need my money refunded back into my account because I was involved in an accident but I paid for the towing and now i'm also paying for the repairs on my car. They took my money and said my claim was declined. They said I will be covered until end of August. I asked them like how do you cover a car that won't be driving because i'm busy with the repairs. I need my money back.
