Pathertic service from Budget insurance and Fleet solution Repair shop

I would like to express my deeply disappointment regarding the lack of service that Budget insurance provides to the customers. there is no customer service at all. all they care about it to keep on deducting their money without rendering the service.

I was involved in an accident on the 17th December 2019 and my car was towed away same day but I still don't have my car back until now. i do not get update from repair shop nor from Budget. I keep on calling both parties seeking for update but every time i call I'm always told they will escalate my get back to me and trust they don't. I have been struggling with transportation since my accident occurred and I advised the insurance about it but they don't care. I further asked my premiums from January to be credited since the vehicle is not in my possession and im spending money to take uber everyday. they still dont care about my struggles as long as they receive their money. Ive been asking to speak to the managers of repair department but they also dont do anything about it nor giving me any feed back. i have been advised by the repair shop that my head lights had gone missing and the insurance refuses to authorize for new ones. I am really traumatized by this kind of service and not sure what to do anymore. its been 4 months now without have my car that i am paying for and its the only car i have for me and my family.

please intervene for me.
