paid for towing service after waiting for 4hrs

I had an accident between Vrede and Standerton at approximately 17:00. I called budget insurance roadside assistance to help with towing service. I was told that the nearest towing service which is in Standerton are not picking up the call which led to dispatchers calling Volkrust branch (Strydom panel beaters). Volkrust contacted me and requested my location which I gave to them and they adviced me that they are leaving Volkrust and will be at my location in approximately 45min. At 19:00 I called roadside again to make a follow up as the towing had not yet arrived. I was told that they will make a follow up with Strydom but no one came back to me. I was then approachedby a golf 1 which was driven by 2 males who made a u-turn and came to my car asking if I need help. I said I am fine. 15 min later another golf 1 came by and parked behind me. They approached my car and I rang an alarm then drove off slowly. I had to organise myself a towing vehicle as I was told at 20: 00 that sStrydom panel beaters says he is 45min away whi will add up to 4hrs of waiting. And my safety was at stake. I am deeply disappointed at the service offered in cases of emergency by budget.
