Paid excess, still no repairs

<p>Have buildings insurance with Budget - first mistake. Have claim. Was asked to pay excess for total claim in order to get a window repair done as urgent. Did so, last week, after speaking to Budget. Still waiting for the rest of the repairs. Phoned Budget this morning. They have no idea about anything. Prmised to call back in 15 minutes. That was well over an hour ago. I have, to date, effectively paid R1500 to have a broken window fixed! Next step, insurance ombusdman?</p>
