Own up Budget

Please be careful when dealing with Budget insurance.These guys are using bullying tactics and wont own up to their mistakes. My car has been in and out of a "certified approved" dealership which is more than more than 150kilometers from my home.To get my car back from the dealership i have to pay again for a towing truck to delivered my car.Some questions they do not want to answer for eg.why were there 2 different statements regarding the breake down of clutch.The approved dealership does not have the expertise to fit a very simple bumper in line.Yet their are budget approved.The back yard mechanic advert from budget a few years back always comes back to my mind.On top of that it seems to me nobody wants to take responsibility for this mess.From assessors to internal dispute..this insurance company is a joke.Beware guys
