Outstanding Service

I lodged a dispute on behalf of my client with the Budget Internal Dispute Resolution. Tersia Nel was appointed to deal with the matter. From the commencement of the matter Tersia was well prepared and always ready to answer any questions I posed. In instances where she needed to consult with other parties she would advise that she shall provide feedback and she did indeed provide feedback within the time limits she set. Furthermore where I raised specific and pertinent concerns she would listen to same and the result was that where an under payment was going to be made due to the fault of the claims department namely Portia Kayana of that department
