Outright ******* - Pay premium but we will not help you when you claim!

Take household insurance with us they said, we did. Pay premiums (R586.60) without missing they said, we did! IF THERE IS A LOSS WE WILL PAY, the said... we claim, they say proof of purchase. I am really frustrated with Budget, we have provided them with police report, pictures of the burglary, they sent someone to evaluate the situation, we had to explain ourselves again, alarm report we did, pictures of what was ******, we did and now at the final stretch they want proof of purchase? for something bought in 2019/2020? What we gave them was reasonable proof that the things were ******. They have not once asked for proof when we took the insurance. NOW they need it, at the same time, they are still taking money from our account? I need this resolved now please!
