ONLINE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE
I have been attempting to add a new product to my current insurance but every single time I try, it’s says “there’s something wrong”. After this happens I have been given to option to get someone to call me but it’s been 2 days now and I haven’t received a phone call. The whole point of having an online profile is to make life easier but it’s just been a tedious process because I want to cover my possession ASAP.
