online request For insurance = deduction of acc

I went online to get a qoute for my ford figo 2014. I was called by the company to check my details, i told them i have insurance with a different company and i am just looking for a qoute, and that i will confirm if i want the insurance. I was debuted on the 2 feb 2016. Contacted them the 3 feb to cancel something i never agreed to. I phone them 17 feb to ask when im getting refunded, the answer that i got is that i never requested my money back.????? I was told someone will call me back with the progress, im still waiting. I will never recommend budget insurance to anybody i know.
