Online Claims Are Not Taken Seriously

Budget insurance does not take online claims seriously. Once I claimed my online claim they pop up informed me that a consultant will call me after a couple of minutes and I received absolutely nothing. I had to be the one to follow up and thereafter they helped me complete my claim. I thought that online was supposed to be simple and convenient however the process was just very tedious. They did not communicate with me at all via email or sms, I always had to follow up.
