Ongoing Harassment and Spam Calls from Budget Insurance

I am lodging a formal complaint against Budget Insurance for persistent and unsolicited spam calls. I receive multiple calls every single day, often at inappropriate times — including as late as 6:00 to 6:30 in the evening. This is highly disruptive and unprofessional.

These calls are not only from Budget Insurance directly but also from multiple third-party call centers acting on their behalf. I have repeatedly requested that they remove my number from all their systems and stop contacting me. I have made it absolutely clear that I am not interested in any car insurance quotes or related services.

Despite this, the harassment continues. This behaviour shows a complete disregard for my privacy and preferences. I feel harassed and disrespected.

I demand that Budget Insurance and all affiliated parties permanently delete my contact information and immediately cease all communication.

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authorities.
